Audi's e-Tron powertrain puts two electric motors to use. One motor powers the front wheels while the other powers the rear wheels, giving exceptional performance and road confidence with electric all-wheel drive. A rechargeable 95-kilowatt hour battery pack provides power for the electric motors. This system gives the e-Tron 355 horsepower and 414 lb-ft of torque. However, when the driver temporarily puts the transmission into Sport mode, it unleashes an exciting 402 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of instant torque. With instant torque provided by electric power, the e-Tron gives drivers an exciting driving experience.
