What powers the 2022 Audi A3?
The all-new A3 comes standard with a turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine that kicks out 201 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch S Tronic transmission that provides both optimal performance and efficiency while arranging rapid and smooth gear shifts. In addition, the 2022 A3 model will feature a standard 48-volt mild hybrid system to maximize fuel economy. In many driving situations, the mild-hybrid technology allows the A3 to coast with the engine off while also providing torque-fill during low engine speeds and a boost during drive-off.
What are some exterior features off the 2022 A3?
The 2022 A3 features the overall sporty appearance that Audi does so well. Upon a first glance, you may notice that the RS models inspire the design of the A3. From the front, the Singleframe grille features a honeycomb design and is wider and bolder. The sharp lines on the hood and distinctively striking headlights add to the aggressive look of the front end. In addition, the stance of the all-new A3 is wider than previous model years, and the sides have sharper edges for a more defined and muscular side profile.
What about the 2022 Audi A3 interior features?
The A3 features a driver-centric, sporty cockpit. The design of the interior meshes different intuitive technologies for a one-of-a-kind driving experience. The 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen comes with the newly upgraded MIB 3 software. The all-new MIB 3 software includes wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and an in-vehicle virtual assistant activated by saying "hey Audi". Behind the steering wheel is a 10.25-inch digital driver information cluster. The front seats are heated with 8-way power adjustments and four-way power lumbar support, keeping both driver and front passenger in world-class comfort. Additionally, the new A3 comes standard with a panoramic moonroof, leather seating, and three-zone automatic climate control.
