There are two engine options available for the Audi Q7. Up first is the standard 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder the produces 273 pound-feet of torque and 248 horsepower. The second engine offered is a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 that delivers 325 pound-feet of torque and 329 horsepower. Both engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel-drive. If you've got extra-large cargo items to tow, the Q7 is the SUV for you boasting a maximum towing capacity of 7,700 pounds.

BMW X5 Power & Handling

There are also two engines available to power the BMW X5. The first engine is a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 that produces 330 pound-feet of torque and 335 horsepower. The second engine, a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8, produces 479 pound-feet of torque and 456 horsepower. All-wheel-drive is standard for both engines, as is an eight-speed automatic transmission. The X5 can handle towing large loads up to 7,200 pounds.

There are three Q7 trim levels to choose from, the Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. Standard features consist of a hands-free power liftgate, Audi Pre-Sense safety technology, automatic windshield wipers, xenon headlights, a panoramic sunroof, driver-seat memory functions, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, two USB ports, a 7" touchscreen, three-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, and a 10-speaker sound system. The higher two trim levels build upon that with features like a Bose surround-sound system, automatic high beams, four-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, Audi's virtual cockpit, and an automatic parking system. There are also a variety of packages available, allowing you to configure the Q7 to meet all your needs.

BMW X5 Features & Design

There are just two X5 trim levels to choose from, the xDrive40i and the xDrive50i. Standard features include a power-adjustable steering wheel, simulated leather upholstery, ambient lighting, a 10-speaker sound system, a 12.3-inch central display, LED lighting, panoramic sunroof, and power liftgate. The next trim level offered adds real leather upholstery, four-zone climate control, a Harman Kardon sound system, and multi-contour front seats. If you want anything more than that, including basic features like keyless entry or satellite radio, you have to opt for one of the available packages.
